We went to Kelly Liken's and we didn't liken it very much. The food was OK...rare does not mean raw which is what we got with the rare Lamb chops. Pork Belly appetizer was room temp. which I don't think it was supposed to be. Potato encrusted trout was over powered with a greasy taste that had permeated the potato. I frequent restaurants all over the world and one thing I have learned that you can only price food to the point that a $46 Lamb Chop tastes no better then a $26 Lamb Chop. You better support the $46 Lamb Chop with incredible service. It could be that the staff would rather be skiing. \r \r What ever happened to a quiet romantic dinner... have we come to accept noise as appropriate for fine dinning? The space echoed with the many conversations that were going on around us, to the point of being white noise. Kelly Liken failed in every area...except the expensive price tag...They delivered in that area...2 people, cocktails, 2 appetizers, two entrees and a bottle of wine set us back with tip $375. For this price tag you better leave with a GREAT memory... NOT Liken it! Pros: Sounds great from the web site and the buzz around town Cons: Will not last if they don't change a lot of things...uncomfortable seating for starters
