A few years ago, I relocated from Ft. Collins to Seattle to attend graduate school. My partner and I owned two residential rental properties in Ft. Collins. Over time we realized we could no longer manage them at such a great distance. I was exclusively given Jim's name by an experienced Ft. Collin's real estate attorney. He was very careful when making his selection. I could not have been happier with my recommendation. Jim has been dependable, thorough, and extremely professional. Shortly after Jim agreed to manage our properties, we were faced with some difficult circumstances with both tenancies. They were handled with patience, and proficiency. He solved every problem that arose--and there were many--all with the utmost integrity and competence. Jim is truly a pleasure to work with. He is knowledgeable and forthright. I wrote this review to recommend Jim and Stegner Property Management. Thank You so much for a great experience!
