Businiess name:  A & R Appliance

Review content:
This is the second repair company authorized by Lowe's to fix my cook top. They were suppose to come on a Saturday afternoon between noon and six. I got a call from Dana saying the truck broke down and they reassigned me to the following Tuesday, same times. I got another call early Tuesday morning saying that because of the bad weather on Monday, they are behind schedule and now they want to come Friday, same times. It is over a week that I have been trying to get my cooktop burner fixed using my extended warranty and after reading the reviews for A&R, I am convinced that Lowe's has a list of bad and unreliable contractor/repairmen doing their warranty work. I probably will end up calling a certified Kitchenaid repairman, paying for it myself and never buying another appliance at Lowe's. My goal is to have the cook top burner fixed by mid October if I am lucky!
