I desperately wish I could write a good review for this company. Sadly, it is a sad, sad, sad state of repairs when your warranty company makes you use this company. Because of this I will even be cancelling my warranty company, Choice. After over two months they still have not assigned this to a more efficient organization. Worst is the constant, ""We'll call you right back,"" or ""We'll should hear Monday and will call you right away, "" weeks on end of this with your never receiving a call from them. I missed both Christmas and New Years with my family because they indicated they would be there to do the repairs every day, but they never came. It is now February.
