we ordered a cake from here as we did the same last year. last year came with ice and was cold as instructed to keep it cold also. well this year there was no ice it was hot and hard as a rock when we call to discuss this problem the owner was no help did not want to refund our money, we will not be feeding this to our dogs i dont know if they use eggs ect so we are contacting BBB instead.
