Review content:
Lyric replaced my clutch / flywheel using Sach's K70316-01F clutch kit. The first thing I noticed when driving away was a severe vibration from my front wheels. I promptly returned to Lyric and they confirmed that something needed to be re-torqued the proper amount on the inside of the wheels and assured me that my wheels wouldn't have came off on the road.
This was a bit dis-concerning after paying almost $2700. Once I returned to the road my wheels no longer vibrated. Next, I noticed the clutch felt really odd compared to the stock clutch. There was a vibration when letting the clutch out from a stop and it wasn't near as firm as before. The vibration has continued to get worse over the last two years. Recently, two different mechanics recommended replacing the clutch / flywheel again. This was upsetting since I paid to have this job done right the first time and the clutch has not be abused over the last 40,000 miles. I won't be taking my Jetta back to Lyric and recommend others to steer clear.
Cons: Wheels not properly torqued and clutch replacement vibration
