Review content:
I've read the remarks made about Abbey church Village, and I didn't think it was nice of the person who made remarks about the property manager or any of the staff. I've been living here for 3 yrs and they've all been so sweet. The maintenance crew is on top of things as far as I'm concerned and they are very nice guys also and very hard workers. The property managers husband works his regular shift during the day and in the winter he's plowing the driveways all times of the night, whenever the snow hits he's on it. I don't see how anyone could complain, I've never lived in a better kept place in my life. Especially a place that does in fact have subsidized tenants. And although there are people from other countries, they are all so nice to me. Yes, the walls are thin and yes..the rent has increased from $550 to $655 since i moved in 3 yrs ago. Don't know how much more of that i can take. And i will agree, it's annoying to have to give up all your personal information, every year, bank account and all. I'm a single parent and when i moved in they asked me if my daughter's father would be living with me in the future? Now that i thought was going too far...because, if he did that would be my business as long as i report it.
I was really excited when i first moved in because it's a nice place in the best school district. But, i'm running out of space, and they do have one simple rule i don't understand it, but you can't move into a bigger unit unless your family size increases...NEVER heard of that in my life.
but all in all i'm happy here
And they have treated me very good and took care of all of my request right away!!
