Our entire family of ten (soon-to-be 12 with twins arriving in April 2011) has switched to Pittsford Family Dental and we are overwhelmed with the practice's expertise and caring attitudes. Each and every dentist and dental assistant is an expert and our results have been nothing short of amazing.
Dr. Conners has treated me for a number of complicated procedures including a number of crowns. They always fit perfectly. He always takes his time - never seems rushed or in a hurry. And he always follows-up to make sure I'm OK and satisfied.
I also had to call him for my wife on a Sunday weekend Holiday while he was out-of-town. Again, no problem, he called me back within minutes even though he was in Cleveland running a marathon.
The entire staff is dedicated, professional and courteous. The offices are immaculate - something that is a ""must-have"" during dental procedures. I've also found that their billing is perfect too. They always go that extra mile to make sure insurance benefits are approved. And they're not shy about pushing the insurance for the treatments we need.
We highly recommend Pittsford Family Dental and thank them for their treatments.
