Kim burned my hair doing a japanese relaxer. I did it many times before even once before at NM with Sophie who did a great job. Someone else came in and she went to attend to her even though I had an appointment and forgot about me. When I told her my scalp was burning she said oh that's normal, left me in the hair dryer and I told her to wash it off that I couldn't stand the burn. She was eating and talking with the shampoo girl.\r
My hair has been falling off ever since and I have a spot where it all fell off. I am starting court proceedings, what she did was heinous. \r
To make matters worst when I went back to tell her she told me to ""shut up"" in her broken english and refused to refund my money. She spoke only in chinese to her co-worker and when I called the police left.\r
Stay away from this place. I always did the straightening in Manhattan and went there to save $100 but it is so not worth it.
