Review content:
I purchased a pre-owned Mini-Cooper a few weeks ago. I was told it had Bluetooth and then when I couldn't figure out how to work it, the salesperson told me he made a mistake and that he would make it right.
I researched it and found a way to get it resolved. Upon calling to make the appointment, I discovered that the salesperson no longer worked there. Also, the visor and cigarette were broken and he said they would fix those things. No problem. Now they won't fix anything and they won't give me the time of day. I told them (Carl the sales manager in particular) they were losing a customer and they said they didn't care. Avoid this dealership at all costs. They are dishonest. I would just make the drive to Santa Maria where they give better service and prices.
