I booked a room prior to my April vacation. Bad weather was perdicted for my arrival date so I called to cancel my reservation. I was previously told there was a $20.00 cancellation fee. Now I am told there is a full nights stay charged if I cancel. We discussed staying later in the trip as we were staying in the south west for 3 weeks. On the day of our previously scheduled arrival 38 inches fell. When we arrived in Williams, the snow was not plowed through the property and the indoor pool (which we discussed on the phone) was closed. We did not stay there and were charged for a nights stay.
