So many restaurants in Denver simply don't measure up, but Vesta is everything it advertises to be and more. The food is superb, the setting beautiful and romantic. I have eaten there several times and have never been disappointed. The only negative thing I have to say is that some of the servers have that ""I'm hip and you are just Joe Average""mentality, but other than that, this is a wonderful restaurant to go to.
Pros: excellent food, great atmosphere, ambience
