Hi, I have been working with this establishment for the past 6 or 7 years and have bought fans for three different homes (12 fans) over the years. I have always had great service, good deals and the installation was free. Unless you like to install a fan yourself... Recently had a fan go bad but was due to a manufacturer defect and not to do with the store and it's was all covered by the lifetime warranty on the fan and the best thing is, I didn't have pay anything extra for the warranty. Where can you go anymore and they will do that. So, I just brought it into the store and they replaced it, for free, now if I had wanted them to come out to my home and replace it, they would have done that and only charged a minimal fee, just for time and travel.\r

So, I would always and have recommended this place to my family and friends. Great company!
