Review content:
I took my husband to Summit for his birthday and was sorely disappointed. We knew that it was quite pricey, but were shocked by the $85 price for a filet and lobster tail...and even more shocked when the food came out. Summit is your typical steakhouse - has done little in the past 20 years to update their decor or their menu. No presentation, no interesting dishes, wood paneling on the walls...\r My husband had a ribeye, which you could taste the grease from the flat top. My fried shrimp could have come from Red Lobster. Even little things, like the mushrooms for the steak and the cocktail sauce - the mushrooms were drowning in oil and the cocktail sauce was basically ketchup. To top it off, our server barely paid us any attention and we waited for our dishes to be cleared for a good 20 minutes and then ended up having to request the bill. \r Summit needs to step up their menu, their service and their atmosphere to have as steep of prices as they do. I do not recommend this restaurant. Pros: Unfortunately, nothing Cons: poor service, bland food, overpriced
