“Rick Freeman is a Class Act! The Freeman/Davis Home Team swiftly listed our home for a price we were comfortable with and we had an offer in 3 days. The ""talking house"" is a stroke of genius! We had an offer in less than 3 days. Rick and Amy were receptive to my concerns through the entire negotiation process and were patient until we came up with a contract that both buyer and seller were happy with. I have to mention that I wanted to list ""for sale by owner"" but am very happy that I chose to follow the recommendation of listing with Rick and his team. I couldn't be more pleased and will surely call on the Freeman/Davis Home Team again! It is tough to sell in today's market, but if you follow the advice of a professional who is truly working in your favor, it can be a win-win situation.”
