Laurie Volpe has been Gramercy Village's Property Management Supervisor since her employment with Vitco Properties. Vitco and Laurie have far exceeded the last property management company Scott Management in terms of professionally handling all the needs of our condominium. Laurie looks out for all the common interests and of our homeowners, treats all members with respect, timely responds to all inquires, is very knowledgeable in the planned development environment with her many years in property management and is a delight to work with. I highly recommend Vitco Properties as the best property management company in South Bay.
