After making the recommended reservations at 7 pm, we were still required to wait about 30 minutes for a table (tables were available). Many other walked right by us, despite the reservations. \r The service was the worst I have ever seen for a restaurant that was suppose to be of higher quality. The waitress was rude, slow and had difficulty with the check (she overcharged us $20~said she mixed the ticket up with someone else). \r Now let me describe the food...I ordered a prime rib (my favorite). When the entree was served, it looked beautiful. The insided appeared to be slightly overcooked but the underneath was charred (completely black). I guess people in Arkansas eat prime rib well-done but it was BURNED to a crisp. The cook placed the burned side down on the plate and served it anyway. The waitress became offended when I mentioned that the meat was burned. It was the worst experience, the worst steak, and the worst service. I did like the piano player who played after 10:00 (yes, we were still there-I told you the service was slow). The piano player was very good and gave the restaurant a nice ambiance. Other than that, I cannot see how this place stays in business. Pros: Piano Player (after 10 pm), Parking Cons: Service, Food, Reservations are a Joke, Waitresses are Rude, Staff Complaining They Don't Want to Be There!
