Review content:
My wife is a patient of Dr. Langer's. We recently had our first child and I was present to every appointment that she had. Dr. Langer is an awesome physician. I found her to be extremely pleasant, highly-knowledgable, and professional to the utmost. My wife was a high risk patient and ended up delivering via ceasarean 4 weeks early. Dr. Langer performed the procedure and everything went off perfectly. I am proud to report that we have a healthy and beautiful baby girl and I am sure that Dr. Langer had quite a bit to do with that (the health, not the beauty, LOL). I was also impressed with the nursing staff and the nurse practitioner. I would like to mention that we did have some issues with the office administration. For one thing, when we initially spoke with the staff concerning the billing, we were told it would cost us only $35 out of pocket, when in actuality, the girl failed get the proper insurance information and were shocked when our out of pocket expense was over $800.00. However, they were willing to work with us and we were given a large discount. Another issue with the administration was that we had shown up for an appointment and waited around for approximately 1 hour. When we inquired about the wait, the receptionist had told us that our doctor wasn't in that day and that we were left a message. Yet, they didn't say anything about it when we checked in. So even though I experienced some issues with the administration, the medical staff is top-notch. In then end that is what counts and that is why my wife and I would recommend Dr. Langer and the nursing staff at Arizona Women's Care to anyone.
