Review content:
Waited at the door for them to open up at 9:00 am on July 9,2008 no show until 9:10. As I walked up to the door with the new owner, he told me to wait for a minute, I figured he was taking care of the alarm but as I waited for another 15 minutes outside in the heat. I finally saw he was by his register, open the door a little and asked if its okay to come in. He gave me an attitued as though I was bothering him. Asking why I waited outside so long, he started cursing me out. I asked if Dave was around to talk to, he said he bought the business from him. The new owner has no customer service, he should have asked me- How can I help you when he first opened the door.
Pros: Being the only Go Cart shop around, they can be Jerks.
Cons: Customer Service is terrible, non friendly and dirty store. Selection is very limited and in bad area.
