I stayed at Sutton Ak for a month (July 2010). It was nice to have a place to get good home cooked food and misc. supplies. Its about 18 miles north of Palmer and a great place to stop for coffee and ice cream when your traveling the Glenn Hwy. The folks that work there are friendly. They have a computer set up for any one to use, or you can get there pass word and log on to your own laptop. A great place to surf the web and get a great burger. They also have a big screen TV. If you've been on the road for a while and sort of fell out of touch, you can catch the news and see what you have been missing. If you decide to spend time in Sutton there are a few have to visit places. The mining museum is real cool and the sutton library has internet service also.
