I placed an order - meeting their minimum - and was quoted a day of completion. on that date, i couldn't get anyone on the phone or any info. the next day they told me that they were pushing my order back, because larger customers come first.
i run a business too, and need things on the day they are promised. i will take my business elsewhere as i need reliability, and don't like being treated as lesser, just because my business is smaller.
