We received horrible service from this agency, our agent misled us in almost every way; obviously she did not care to put some basic common sense into our trip, she was inpatient with us during the planning process, we even caught her in a lie...thats embarrassing for everyone. When I tried to tell the owner the kind of service we were receiving I felt like my concerns were being ignored. We went on our trip had a great time the Greek Islands were amazing and beautiful, but we were constantly scratching our heads with our travel itenerary and some of the decisions she made for us like transfers, accommodations etc etc. Go to Greece but plan it yourself use the Internet you will end up saving thousands of dollars too for example one hotel was around $500.00 a night but if we booked it when we got there we could have stayed for under $300.00. We have decided to never use a travel agent again after this experience. One other thing I am 36 and my wife is 32 if their website looks old fashioned to you as it did to us then trust your instinct the trip they will want to plan for you will be old fashioned and lame trust me.
