I read a couple of reviews from the whiny babies who ""didn't get their way"" and decided that I needed to write a review myself. Yes, they WEIGH the cones----Whaaa-whaaa-whaaa! Get over it! If you don't like it, that's fine, go somewhere else. I have been in there on MULTIPLE occasions and NEVER found the staff to be rude. Maybe you reap what you sow..... The ice cream is pricier than some other places---it's also BETTER than any chain store I can think of. Murray's has a FUN staff that has always been courteous and helpful as well as professional and personable. I would recommend Murray's to ANYONE visiting KC, but leave your tantrums at home.
