Review content:
Jim Yungner is a scumbag. I got that intitial feeling about him when we first met but ignored it. It was wrong to do that. We did an ETF on bank card for paying on the membership. It was a ""lifetime"" rate of 29.99 a month. Several times he tried in earnest to change the contract. Eventually he told me that he was getting sick of his customers 'nickle and dimeing him out of business and that he was going to sell. He was implying that I was one of these people 2 years into my ""lifetime membership"". I decided to cancel with him face to face and we agreed it was done. I don't want take anyone's money and nickle and dime them! Right? WRONG! He didn't cancel and I didn't watch my bank account for around 6 months. I thought this was settled and called him and he told me I was still a member there. I reminded him of everything and he told me that technically we were still within contractual agreement. I was very surprised that he did this and told him stop charging me! He told me the only way to cancel is to send him a registered letter in writing of my wishes to cancel my membership! I had to change my bank account! Beware! This guy is as crooked as his teeth!
