Action Property Management has managed the association where we live for several years. Until recently, I have had limited interaction - other than paying my monthly bill. But in recent months, we have had some serious problems with some new construction with one of my neighbors and we have another issue where we have had to make an insurance claim with the HOA's insurance. Both issues were a bit ""sticky"" for the management company, but Action's people handled them both with great professionalism, sincerity, and efficiency. I was very pleased with how Action responded to these situations and brought about solutions to difficult circumstances.
