Review content:
I had kitchen tile and carpeting put in. They got the one star for a very nice job done in my kitchen. However, the carpet installation was a disappointment. My husband took two days off for the installation work in our rental house. When it was finished and went over to inspect I noticed the entry line going into the bathrooms where the carpet ends that the tack strip nails were sticking up. Wouldn't want any renter to cut up their feet on a daily basis stepping on that. Also, the corner going into one bathroom must have been cut short and didn't allow for the carpet to be folded under before attaching to the tack strip. The edge is sticking out and unraveling. My husband told me when he brought this to the attention of the installer he just responded ""what do you expect, it's cheap carpet"". I called the office to complain and the young lady apologized for the rude comment and said she would have someone call to schedule stretching the carpet to fix the corner and address the tack strips. It's been about 2 weeks and we haven't heard from them. I really don't even expect a call now.
