When I signed a 3 year lease with this dealership I did not have funds readly availabe, I told my salesman that I would have the down payment later in the week. When I was given my keys my Salesman asked me to come in the next day(since I did not have my checks with me) and give him a post dated check for the end of the week, that way if I decided not to go back they would have something to cash. I came in the next day with my checkbook ready to sign when the finance manager Patricia came out and told me that I could not do that(I now know that what the sales man asked was illegal, but I was only doing what I was told), she told me flat out that if I was to die tomorrow and I gave them a post dated check they wouldn't be able to cash it. She had the worst attitude and asked me why I couldnt give them a check then and they would hold it for me. I had already explained that I was in the process of getting a check from my credit card company to pay the down payment. I will never go back there again to purchase or lease a car as long as Patricia is working there. It is sad I really like my car and the experince I had when I leased my car. I also tried e-mail the GM there and he has yet to respond to my issue I had. Are there any good dealerships out there?
