Review content:
I have truly never been treated so poorly by a place of ""professional"" business. My calls were never returned and when I did reach someone I was hung up on...twice. I was just as nice as I could be even though when the employee answered the phone she already sounded extremely annoyed like I was a HUGE bother, which already made me feel a little uncomfortable. What a great and creative learning environment this could be if those at Atlanta Art Worx that call themselves ""artists"" and ""educators"" could at the very least apply a civil form of customer service. Forget asking for polite service because this is beyond their understanding. I was literally embarrassed by the way they treated me and soooo disappointed. I am new to the area and rapidly making many friends and wanted to reach out to creative destinations to experiment with different art forms, etc. However, I would rather drive multiple hours out of town before I exposed myself to an environment with hostile people such as this one employee. If she owns the place...run for your life people and plan for a road trip to a different place! If she doesn't own it, well the owner may want to apply much higher standards when in comes to the employee-customer relationship because she was so crude I felt turned off by all ART for the entire day. That bad. I really hope that all the folks at Atlanta Art Worx do not share her same attitude :( First impressions are very important. Make me want to pay for your services because I was half way there just because of the website and then I found myself running in the opposite direction after dealing with this employee. Super sad. Stay at home if your attitude is a royal nightmare. I guess it is true what they say...misery loves company. It's too bad.
