DO NOT Clean your dress shirts here. They have destroyed two of my dress shirts in just two visits!! I decided to give them a try since they are listed as a ""green"" dry cleaner even though my current dry cleaner, Queen's Cleaners in Waltham, have always done a great job.
I was very disappointed when I got the shirts home and the cuff buttons on my brand new Thomas Pink shirt we crushed beyond use. I returned the shirt and they repaired the shirt on the spot but couldn't replace the extra thick buttons that came with the shirt.
That wasn't so bad, then I decided to wear my English Laundry shirt that I had cleaned and the built in cuff links we completely destroyed. They are made to snap together but are so deformed that they no longer work. And they glass covering of the cuff links are all cracked around the edge. I returned the shirt to them and they said that they would not have put that type of shirt in their press because it would have damaged the shirt. Clearly they did put the shirt in and damage it but they told me that there is nothing they could do for me.
Their customer service is terrible. They destroyed a very expensive shirt and offered me nothing in return. From looking at their operation I have my doubts about their true level of ""green"".
Do yourself a favor and take your shirts elsewhere to have them cleaned.
