I will never step foot in this Hallmark store again...one woman in particular was the rudest person I've ever encountered who worked in a customer service oriented business. Just for her poor attitude and extremely rude tone, I will never purchase anything further from there and will make sure I tell everyone I know never to give this woman any of their hard earned money - it's worth the extra miles to go somewhere else - trust me. I have bought several Vera Bradley bags at this store, and never ever again - I won't even give them a card purchase. Good luck if anyone ever encounters the woman I did - she floored me with her flip attitude, right after Christmas too!
