Review content:
We lost $1,500 on Edward's Carpet and reported them to Better Business B. \r
Better Business B. did not take action, as they provided wrong information to them. In fact, the manager told me that they don't care about Better Business B. and their opinion\r
They consistently ignored our calls for installation, missed the crucial deadline (that was health related) and were unwilling to do anything. Yes, in writing they say they will install your carpet, but don't hold your breath. \r
Finally, they were bragging to Better Business B. that their customer (us) lost $1,500!! Can you believe that? \r
Let me be candid here: they prefer white customers. It is obvious. You do not believe me? Go there (if you are a minority) and see for yourself how you are treated.
Cons: They don't care about their customers and miss deadlines
