Hello, I was a member of Rain fitness for over two years. During that time I have witnessed horrible customer service, as well as bad behavior by the management there. The owner will milk your pockets for everything he can get, and fires his best employees if they have any good ideas on how he should run his clubs. He also sleeps with his employees, and is currently engaged to one of his personal trainers. She is in her early twenties, he is in his forties. Gross. I have been overcharged seven times on my monthly rate, and quit working out there two months ago.
Pros: clean modern gym
Cons: awful management
