I have THREE residential accounts. Time Warner bills 30 days in advance of service rendered or two months at a time. Service was cut off on one account 5 days in advance of the past due bill date. I filed with the BBB Greater Los Angeles. IN FACT, we rarely watch cable programming so we are now going to CANCEL all accounts and just watch DVD's as so many others have decided to do. Poor picture quality with pixillating is frequent, when the pic breaks up in fragments and the sound goes out temporarily. One of the hottest shows on cable was HOT IN CLEVELAND on TV Land! Why? TV Land is one of the cheapest cable networks running reruns. It is because there is no quality elsewhere. I have service in Idyllwild and Palm Springs Ca.
