the first time i went to Figo the color and cut amazed me and wowed me enough to go back, but by the third time my hairdresser lacked the modivation to make me look as wonderful as before and i ended up with a color i had no imput on and a cut that lost shape after a week, it costs too much money for the end result and my hairdresser (Lena) offered me a moisture treatment for my hair AFTER she had already put it in my hair and charged me for it. her assistant and her gossiped the entire time and left me in a chair for my highlights that turned out way too bright for my tastes. i recently went to another salon and the hairdresser described my highlights as ""two people doing my hair, one in the front and one in the back and they were in an argument over what to do"" my hair looked completly different after the experience\r
