The service is wonderful, the staff really pleasant and friendly. The food, good. I usually order the same thing, Steak, I get my meal just as I order it, never overdone or underdone. The mashed potatoes are always hot hot hot, never served cold. My steak is awesome, the flavor is so good and the steak is so juicy. The salad bar is mimimal but desirable, the lettuce is always fresh and crispy. I tried to eat at Butcher's Choice at least two or three times a month, somedays we go other places in the Waterville/Fairfield area, but always come back to our favorite ~ Butcher's Choice. The chef really tries to please you while the waitstaff gives you a friendly and efficient service. You must try the restaurant at least once, and remember it is a steak house, so try the steak.
