Review content:
I probably would have to gone to a major chain retailer. I visited this Bose store on October 8, 2008 to return my headphones (which are fabulous sound wise) because they had broken. As they were a 'gift' I did not have a receipt. The woman working was friendly until I told her I wanted to exchange the headphone (simply for a new pair, not even a refund) at which point I became 'the scam artist' suddenly. ""Where did you buy them???"" she asked while not even making eye contact. I replied I wasn't sure as they were a gift and she refused to exchange them as such. I had to recommend to her (which I thought might be part of her job) that we check the database where the name of the gift giver was in fact in the computer at in the vicinity of where they live. This was a very simple solution to a problem however she chose to treat me as a criminal instead. Furthermore, she didn't even give me a new box, she simply just pulled out the pair from a box and handed them to me...rather unprofessional! I love Bose products and will continue to buy them (barring another incident), I will not however return to the Napa Bose store, the service at this location is not up to Bose Standards unfortunately.
Pros: Excellent products
Cons: Poor Customer Service
