My 16 year old son got his oil changed at our reg speed lube on Main on 1/6 over his lunch and after he left his car began smoking and leaking oil, he checked it out and found that the oil filter was on crooked and quickly returned to Speed Lube, they retighted the filter and had to replace almost ALL the oil that they had originally put in because it all ran out! He then asked them what about all the oil all over under the hood, in the fan, on the radiator, etc and was told to let it ""burn""off! I would of thought at the VERY least they would have had his engine cleaned at the car wash NEXT door! but they actually acted put out that he even asked and when I called to talk to someone about what had happened I was told that was our liabiltiy for using a oil change place and if we were not happy there were several other places we could go....WOW...what customer service and retention!
