I unfortunately decided to go to this salon several months ago and ended up with orange hair. I believe this happened because Lucia's was more interested in making money than doing what I asked for. I specifically said I didn't want a toner because they don't work in my hair, but the hair stylist still used a lower bleach level on my hair so she could charge me more for the toner. Of course, when my hair turned orange, no toner was going to fix it and since then I have tried to dye over the color several times, but it just fades away and once again leaves an orange hue. They also tried to push every hair product they carry onto me, which I don't appreciate. The hair cut was also not what I wanted. Overall, one of the worst experiences I've every had at a salon.
