I would have given this place negative 5 stars if I could. The owner is snobby and extremely unprofessional. They can't seem to stay in one location either, it really makes you wonder if there's something shady going on...\r

Most of the stylists are pretty nice, but they definitely won't flourish in a place like this. It is my recommendation that if you have to choose between Lucia's and Best Cuts...you should definitely go with Best Cuts.
