We are so grateful for how the internet has grown our business and our industry. As positive as this can be, I would like to address some comments that have been made recently about us that have not been so positive. Although it is always our intention to offer an incredible experience to all of our guests, it appears by these comments that we have fallen short of that. I would like to extend my personal apologies and attempt to offer a solution as we have not received any of this feedback in the salon...i have provided my personal email address that any of our guests can contact me at should you have a question, need a situation rectified or just want to say hi!!!-luciasthesalon123@yahoo,com to reach me. As of August 2008, we moved into our new location in Mayfield Heights after 7 years in Lyndhurst. We are excited to be part of the community and also to announce the opening of our second location in Hudson! We have added many new and talented professionals to our design team. I would love to personally invite you to come in and get acquainted with one of our new designers as they are so excited to meet you!!! if you have ever received an experience that was less than excellent please let me know, as we will do whatever we can to not let it stay that way. :) \r
