We wrote a review back in 12/06 for Opus and did not think we would return. But since we had been given an Opus gift certificate for the holidays we decided to try them again. We made reservations for New Years Eve dinner and were very impressed with the service and our meals. The dinner was well timed and all well prepared. Very beautiful presentation and imaginative tastes and textures. The escargot starter was to die for! Oh my, I could have ordered two of them and called it a meal. My sea bass was amazing. My husband ordered the chops and thought they were great. Our server was attentive and very helpful when selecting our wine. The evening was a wonderful way to ring in the new year.\r
