Review content:
This is by far one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a company. First I called for an estimate. The lady Monica acted incredibly annoyed that I dare ask for the estimator to come out and speak to me during my estimate. I had some things I wanted to do and I wanted to feel confident that we were on the same page. She was extremely rude like she was busy doing other things. Then a week later I got to meet with the estimator. He shows up smelling of alcohol on his breath. He was DRUNK! When I called back to discuss this with someone in the office, they basically told me I was lying and they don't run a business like that. These people are something else. I've heard other stories about them charging outrageous amounts for repairs after the fact as another reviewer mentioned even though they have a 3 year warranty. This is a family run business and I'm surprised they are still around. They are over priced, not well managed, and RUDE! Do not go with this company!!
