I have used many mechanics over the years until we accidentally stumbled on Archie's Automotive. Archie was located several years ago in a Mobil gas station on Central and the 60 freeway in Chino. He moved and we lost him for awhile (because our van was fixed correctly and didn't need a mechanic yet). When we really needed a mechanic badly, we were so impressed that we started looking to see where he had gone. We found him in Ontario on Plum with a large, clean and well equipped garage. He has several mechanics in his employ that do a great job. Any problems that come up and Archie's automotive will fix it right. Bob is the lead person there and orchestrates the repairs and is very personable and friendly. I find that on some repairs you will pay a little extra but it will be fixed correctly and by a shop that cares. If I had ten thumbs, it would be ten thumbs up for Archies!
Pros: Great customer service, qualified Mechanics, Honesty
Cons: Not open on weekends
