Review content:
First of all the wait time is horrible. They say one thing but you end up waiting 1 1/2 jhours just to see the Dr.. Then you wait AGAIN for the Dr. to come in the room. The staff seems to be getting better but the turn over in this office is unbelieveable as well as the turn over of Dr.'s and Nurse Practioners. Its never consistent at all. Makes you wonder whats going on. Last, I am a patient of Dr. Herreras and I have been calling for the last couple of weeks to schedule an appointment and I cant get a straight answer if he is still there or not. So I feel this office is not telling the truth. This will be a HUGE loss if they loose Dr. Herrera.
