Review content:
I had lost contact with my previous doctor, so I decided to look for another physician- Dr Mauls office was my first try-
I have worked along side of Doctors and I have never experienced so much arrogance and uncaring demeanor such as Dr. Maul-
Upon him entering the examination room, he failed to even greet me- He just started reading out my chart to me and I had to introduce myself first and he acted like I offended him for me doing so-
I didn't agree with his treatment plan and I politely asked him a few questions about his decision and he became very defensive- When he took my blood pressure, his exact words were- ""Your blood pressure is a little high, guess this office has got you all flustered up""
His bedside manner was horrible. he took more time to discuss lab costs than to discuss my health-
It didn't help that my appointment was at 9:30 and I wasn't seen until 10:30- There were other patients in the office that waited that long as well- One lady was there to only do Lab work and was there an hour- i wouldn't have minded the wait if it would have resulted in seeing a great professional, but this visit was a waste of money and time- On a good note, it made me determined to find my old doctor again, so right after I got home, I did more research and found him! So I'm happy to know I will be dealing with a caring professional next time-
