Since Dr Herrera & PA Rachel
have left,office has go gone
to hell in a handbasket. The
wait time LAST VISIT - 5.3/4
HRS!!! Maul turned beet red when I told him I was upset
re: this vist and 3 previous (we left the office @ 7:05p)
having arrived-3:30p w/appt. Staff is incompetent, no one
has the decency to apologize for so many wrongs. It is so
BAD maybe Dr Herrera left to
avoid his name being dragged
in the mud. Oh yes, Maul did
say ""he couldn't be faulted
because he was the only dr.
working"" this past Saturday Signed in 9:03a out 2:48p &
10 patients still in lobby!;
Sat office hrs. 8:30a-12:30p
Maybe I expect too much but
he/they struck out with me.
Bumped my head once too many
shame on me. My time is just
as vaulable as his, more so! STOP OVERBOOKING & RESPECT
YOUR PATIENTS!
