I brought my dog here when I was in need of finding a kennel on very short notice. I was worried about the outside area where they keep the dogs during the day (its outside), but the manager seemed nice so I let my dog stay. Before I left, I asked them to cut his hair and wash him. When I picked up my dog they only gave him a bath and he smelled of urine. I called the manager the next day and she said they did cut him, but if I brought him back they would cut some more off. When I picked him up and they charged me for the initial wash/cut and for the second cut and wash - $80 total. They lied on the phone when they said they would fix the problem and I wouldnt trust them in the future. Use as last resort.

Cons: outside kennels, bad customer service
