This started off as a pleasant experience...Went in with my fiancee, father and his friend and purchased a Ford Freestyle. There were some minor scratches on the front end and the driver's seat warmer did not work so we were promised these issues would be taken care of by them and we just had to schedule an appt. We also denied GAP coverage when we purchased it as we have that coverage through Allstate. When we went to leave the porter had rolled down all the windows and had it out front. When we got home and went to roll up the windows, we noticed there were tears in the tint on the window where the car information sheet had been. We knew the porter had done that as it was not there when we all inspected the vehicle. We immediately called and made an appt. to have the issues taken care of as well as the tint now. Our appt. was made for 2 weeks later. We ended up having to cancel our appt. for a conflict and they told us we could just come on up whenever we had time so my fiancee drove the car up there at a later date yet then they refused to take care of any of the issues saying the employee that promised us those items was fired and he had promised alot of people things but they couldn't do what he promised us as they would be out of business! We said we bought the car because they not only promised to fix those issues but after we bought the car, their porter destroyed the tint on the window and they refused to do anything. On top of that, a week before my fiancee went up there, we had gotten the payment book from the finance company and the GAP insurance plan was on there! He questioned them about that as well and they told him they would call and have it removed and tried lying saying we said we wanted it! It's been 2 months and it still isn't removed. We filed with the BBB and they finally replied and LIED saying we bought it as SOLD AS and never promised us anything even though they admitted to my fiancee's face the employee promised us those items and we had proof that we had an appt. scheduled with them to fix the items!! We also came to find out that the finance manager my fiancee talked to when he brought the car up there to get the items fixed was one of the employees who promised us items would be fixed!!! We are now talking to an attorney. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER! I would give them ZERO stars if I could. They are definitely scam artists! Check out the BBB reviews and other reviews!
