THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON IN MY CAR SO I TOOK IT TO A SHOP WHERE THEY TOLD ME THEY WERE GOING TO CHARGE ME $80.00 JUST TO TELL ME WHY THE LIGHT IS ON. I WENT AHEAD AND DID IT BECAUSE I KNEW NO BETTER. THEY SAID I HAD SOME KIND OF EXHAUST LEAK AND IT WOULD COST ME AROUND $450.00 TO FIX, THAT SEEMED EXTREMELY HIGH. I PAID $80.00 BUT MY LIGHT WAS STILL ON. I THEN TOOK MY CAR TO BA AUTO. THEY SAID THEY WOULD CHARGE ME $70.00 TO DO A DIAGNOSTIC, BUT IF I DID THE REPAIRS THERE THEY WOULD PUT THE $70.00 TOWARDS MY REPAIRS. IT SEEMED FAIR. THEY TOLD ME IT WAS A SENSOR AND IT WAS A SIMPLE REPAIR. I JUST ENDED UP PAYING THE $70.00 AND MY CAR WAS FIXED, NO MORE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT. I TOLD THEM WHAT THE OTHER SHOP QUOTED ME, AND THEY AGREED THAT THERE WAS NO WAY THEY SHOULD HAVE QUOTED ME THAT. I'M SO GLAD THERE ARE HONEST SHOPS OUT HERE BECAUSE ME BEING A WOMAN, I CAN EASILY BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF. THANKS BA AUTO......YOU ARE MY MECHANIC!!!!!
