Review content:
Been to KFC's across the continent, the Yucca Valley location is on the low end, even after the recent remodel. But in all fairness, KFC in general has gone way downhill since the old days. This particular location has a buffet that's poorly stocked with chicken and some not-so-fresh additional items with plenty of cross-contamination. Occasionally the service is fast, but slow is the norm, however the staff is usually quite friendly. I visited once and was told they were ""out of chicken, it'll be at least an hour."" Usually a long line in the drive-thru. I rarely eat KFC, Taco Bell, or Pizza Hut (all owned by Yum Brands) anymore due to the boycott by a well-known animal rights group which has proven the company has done nothing to stop the inhumane treatment and torture of the animals. Hey, I'm no vegetarian and I have nothing against eating animals, but they do deserve humane treatment while they're alive, as well as a humane slaughter, both of which Yum Brands can easily provide but simply refuses to do so.
Pros: tasty greasy trans-fat, yum!!! friendly service
Cons: animal cruelty, everything else
